Idea and the process
I was hired for this project as an industrial designer to help coming up with new product line for a company Mars Svratka to widen their portfolio and potentially open up new market places. The idea was to create modern furniture using metal sheets which is the main resource of company uses for manufacturing it's products. Throughout sketching and brainstorming process I came up with modular furniture which could be used in various ways and it is very easy to manipulate with. The visual language of the the production line consists of rounded corners, smooth flat surfaces, simple bends, wooden parts and neutral dark and light colours to fit into every type of interior.
